Theos may refer to:

  • Theos (θεός) is the Greek word for "deity, god"; see god (word), names of God.
  • Theos is a public theology think tank which exists to undertake research and provide commentary on social and political arrangements. It was launched in November 2006 with the support of the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, and the Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster, Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O\'Connor. Its first report "Doing God": A Future for Faith in the Public Square examined the reasons why faith will play an increasingly significant role in public life, identifying three major trends: the return of civil society, the pursuit of happiness and the politics of identity.
  • Theos is an underground fraternity at the University of Pennsylvania created in 2000 by members previously belonging to Sigma Alpha Mu. Its first president was Brian Jerome Marks. In addition to being a thriving social organization, Theos is an active charitable force. Recent activities have included an association with the annual black-tie AYUDA gala to raise money for diabetes as well as an event thrown in downtown Philadelphia which raised $4000 for those affected by Hurricane Katrina.
